Mechanical & Electrical Administrator – Bristol

Due to securing a major contract, Shield Mechanical & Electrical require an administrator to provide admin support for the Mechanical & Electrical department as a whole.

The candidate must be proficient in Word & Excel and be able to cope with the high demands of a very busy and fast paced office.

The hours for will be Monday – Friday 8.30 am – 4.30 pm.

Other tasks will generally involve:

  • Manage, organise, and update relevant data using database applications
  • Communicate and provide information by relevant methods internally and externally to assist and enable organisational operations
  • Interpret instructions and issues arising, and then implement actions according to administrative policies and procedures
