Administration Assistant – Falmouth

An opportunity has arisen for a Temporary Administration Assistant to join a successful team working within in the Marine Division of Shield Environmental Services.

The role will be temporary (leading to a full time position) working Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 4.00pm. There may also be opportunities for overtime and will be based out of the Falmouth Docks.

The key duties will include:

  • General administrative assistance to support the branch with procurement and recording, this aspect will require specific skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • This position also includes stores control and housekeeping
  • A full drivers licence is required and experience of driving vans
