Our comprehensive training regime, utilising both in-house and external trainers ensures that we maintain a highly skilled and technically competent workforce.
The standards we set enable our personnel to carry out their work with the confidence that they are putting neither themselves or others at risk.
We also carry out annual appraisals of all site based staff as part of our continued personnel development program. Supervisors and operatives are banded as gold, silver or bronze dependent upon their ability and experience, thus ensuring that we allocate the correct personnel to each of our sites.
